Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling various parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
