Tehran Declares It Might Return to American Nuclear Talks provided that Treated with 'Dignity' and 'Respect'

Iran is prepared to reinitiate nuclear negotiations with the United States provided that it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has announced.
